THE HOME LINK programs are built for buyers who have stable income but need additional time to strengthen credit, document earnings, or prepare for traditional financing. Instead of continuing to rent with no long-term plan, participants lease a home selected with future ownership in mind and follow a guided preparation process during the lease term. The focus is on education, accountability, and clear milestones—helping buyers move from renting to buying with intention. While the program does not guarantee future financing, it provides a transparent, structured opportunity to work toward homeownership with support and clarity.
